Our workshops are designed to teach participants how to feel the correct body posture, survive the office environment and overcome their individual limitations.
Every workshop starts with a short explanation of principles and continues with exercises for improved stability, coordination, strength, physical condition, elasticity, beauty and creativity. The exercises are safe for everyone – regardless of their age, gender or fitness level. We point out bad habits and wrong movements that must be avoided. Workshops don’t take longer than one hour so that participants don’t get overwhelmed and our teachers always bring good mood and energy. We offer 3 workshops that depend on each other:
- Posture Basics – Participants learn the correct body posture when standing, sitting and walking.
- Sitting Basic – Participants adjust their chair and desk and practice correct sitting. They learn simple exercises to improve body posture.
- Improvement – Participants are divided into smaller groups and the teacher works with them individually. They learn to listen to their body and more advanced exercises.
We usually work with companies who want to give their employees the benefit of healthy habits and work environment. We come to your office whenever it suits your schedule and make sure your employees learn skills that will make them healthier and more productive in the long run. We will also help you with the ergonomics of your office (e.g. size and height of your chairs and desks, exercise equipment, healthy food).
